Refund and Returns Policy

At Shop Nail Art Kit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for processing your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue and arrange a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any questions regarding a specific item, please reach out for clarification.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the replacement once your return is processed.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
